## Where we ship
Drop Eleven currently ships to addresses in the United States only.
## How our products are made
Every Drop Eleven piece is made to order. After your order is placed, the item enters production — printed or embroidered, quality-checked, and packed before it ships. This is what allows us to offer the range we do without holding inventory, and it's why our timeline is slightly longer than mass-market retailers.
## Processing time
Production typically takes **2 to 7 business days** after your order is placed, depending on the item:
- **Printed apparel (tees):** 2–5 business days
- **Embroidered apparel (hoodies, caps):** 4–7 business days
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our production facility.
## Shipping rates and delivery estimates

**Total time from order to delivery:** generally 5 to 12 business days for standard shipping, 3 to 10 business days for express. These are estimates, not guarantees.
## Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation.
## Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows your order was delivered but it didn't reach you, or if tracking has stalled for more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery window, contact hello@dropeleven.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package or ship a replacement at no cost. See our [Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy) for details.
## Wrong or incomplete addresses
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you before re-shipping to confirm the corrected address.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email hello@dropeleven.com within 1 hour and we'll do our best to update the order before production begins. After production starts, the address cannot be changed.
## Shipping carriers
Drop Eleven uses a mix of USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. The carrier is selected to balance speed and cost; we don't currently offer carrier selection at checkout.
## Customs, duties, and international shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. If this changes, we'll update this policy and any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
